when Our room was flooded the staff was helpful. I had a library book that was ruined. We visited the customer service 3 times getting different stories. We were told the 3rd time that we would get a call that night. No call. We left the ship still unresolved. We did receive credit for the book later. I would have expected more prompt service. Also when we came back on board the ship from Cozumel I was able to get in the ship they held my husband. The staff would not tell us why. She got on the phone and told us we neede to wait for management and still would not tell us why! We felt like criminals. Why did they not tell us there was an issue with our room!!!!

Ship is old and needs refurb now. Our room was flooded. We were upgraded to a balcony room then while there we got locked out on the balcony. The latch came lose. The attendant told us the same thing happened to him. My question was how come it wasn’t fixed??? Also there were rust spots on the floor if the balcony.awes

Cabin was flooded. It was right below the cafe so very noisy with the carts moving over the tiles. I learned never to book a room below the cafe!!
