Hostages on a terrible, filthy ship with employees who are incapable to make a decent meal and fix issues with their ship.

Buffets were closed early. Food sub par for a ship claiming to have the best dining at sea.

Kids club was an empty room with a employee in there with a tv. I could have my kid stay in our room for that.
Service and Staff

We were stuck as hostages on this disgusting ship. No one made an attempt to actually fix anything. Just apologized.
Ship Quality

The ship looks old and properly maintained. Life boats were weather damaged and rusted. Did not make my family feel very safe being on board.
Cabin / Stateroom

Filthy, dust everywhere. Paint where there was not supposed to be. Paint missing where there should be. Fridge was dirty, balcony had paint chips falling from up above, where there was a rusted pipe. Bathroom had tiles coming up and mold in the grout. They "fixed" the tiles while we were out on a escursion in Mexico. They didn't change our room. When we got back we were told we could not use our bathroom for 3 hours. Then when we finally were allowed to shower out feet stuck to the shower floor. So much so that our feet were still sticking to the flip flops after the shower.
