This really was the worst experience. I would never sail with them again. And don't use the salon services. It is severely overpriced, they wont cut it like they promise, will dye it the wrong color, will dye your FACE, and will give you a minor concussion in the sink.

The embarkation was really smooth. I think it really depends on when you get there. We arrived right at noon and it took only about 20 minutes to get through security and board.

The main dining room's food was at least warm, which is more than we could say about the rest of the food on the ship. This has to have been the worst food on a boat I've ever tried to eat. I say "tried to eat" because much of it was inedible. My husband wants to trade mark the phrase "fork-repellent" because of this cruise.
Onboard Activities

It was literally like being trapped on a floating timeshare tour with no escape for 5 days. The only activities that didn't cost extra was a 15 minute trivia game and sitting through the horrible show in the evening.

I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one due to a comedian they picked up in Mexico that was ok for his 50 min set.

Our room attendants were top notch, but the rest were always trying to upsell you something and if you said no, they'd wander off to the next person.

The balcony room was great. Lots of space, decent bathroom, and the balcony saved the otherwise abysmal vacation . Beds weren't very comfy, but they weren't horrible.
Ship tip
Just don't. There are too many other cruise lines out there that actually deserve your business. Don't be conned into the celebrity hype. It does NOT deliver.
This was a small set of high priced tourist shops with even more people asking to take your money. Then there was the guy who didn't ask, but just stole my husband's wallet 10 min after we got off the boat!!!
