It was an unforgettable experience going to three countries with some of the world's most unique cities at the most interesting time of the year. We had done several Celebrity cruises to Alaska and the Caribbean before and some with other cruise lines. Celebrity remains our favorite because of the excellent service and food.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Good, but it still took an hour even though we submitted all Information before the cruise over the Internet. It was not any slower years ago when it was done manually at the terminal.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
All great, except at breakfast the coffee, orange juice and meats were not replenished fast enough and the tables were not cleared fast enough either.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We enjoyed the World Wine Tour, the Premium Wine Tasting and the Captain's Club receptions. We did not participate in any other onboard activities.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Great shows and musical performers. In the bars, our favorites were the Cool Blue Quartet, the Stone Free Acoustic Duo and the Celebrity Orchestra.
Children's Programs
No children with us.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Excellent service, especially by waiters Jorge, Arturo, Ardia, Ufuk and sommelier Victoria in the Trellis Dining Room. The omelette team in the Ocean View Cafe was great (Hendar and Denise).
Excellent room steward Ritesh.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
All excellent except cleaning the tables at the Ocean View Cafe durnig breakfast was slow at times.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Space is limited, of course, but the cabin is comfortable and was always clean. Soap and shampoo were always supplied in sufficient quantities. Laundry service was also efficient.
Disembarkation
4 out of 5
Without any problems. It was a bit confusing finding the right bus to the airport. Since we had to leave the ship at 9am, we had to wait at the airport for 9 hours with our bags, since Delta starts check-in only 3 hours before the flight to Atlanta, which leaves at 9:15pm.
