So I would not recommend a Celebrity Cruise to anyone. Others may have had great experiences with them but not me. They have been non-responsive to my requests for a call. Their website is very difficult to navigate, log-on, etc. As you can see from all of my comments there were some hi-lights but mainly they were specific people and not the company itself.

Had express check in and no lines very nice although getting luggage to rooms took a long amount of time and one of our bags was quarantined because we had a travel iron in it.

Only bright spots were Mervin at the wine bar and Herbie at QSine
You take a cruise to relax and be on vacation! Celebrity doesn't get it as there were no wait staff personnel in the bars so if you want another drink you have to go get it from the bar - CELEBRITY GET A CLUE - I'M ON VACATION AND DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO WAIT ON MY OWN TABLE!!!
Have been on close to 12 cruises and never had to pay a seating charge for a meal - feel ripped off.
QSine restaurant was one of them food/service great but service charge not acceptable
Tuscan dining experience was really bad and had to pay a charge that they did not refund.
Room service was a joke - warm milk served, no butter or syrup for pancakes (isn't that a standard level of expectation for pancakes??)

Did not participate in many and the art auction was over-done. Internet not worth the money slower than dial up and for $375 for the week requested refund and none issued. Had some pages which would take over 30 minutes to download. They should give it away instead of rip you off.

Guitarist from Russia very good but keyboard player was too loud and you could not carry on a conversation. When mentioned to him he just got louder. I'm musically challenged but loudness does not cover up your weaknesses.

Most were fine but travelled in concierge class and very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. The host of Tuscan grille wanted to argue and be confrontational about our problems instead of apologizing.
Ship Quality

Tired furnishings, paint peeling off railings, bar stools very uncomfortable, lots of visible dust accumulating in the elevator shafts, oceanview dining room had trash in the window sills and food, etc. on the walls. Management just stood around in dining room when they could be cleaning.
Cabin / Stateroom

Tired furnishings, old ladies underwear behind safe, bent clothes rod, bathroom had foul smell, missing brackets, etc., a/c did not work well.
Ship tip
Spend your money elsewhere - filled out review on Celebrity website and requested a call back and yet to hear from anyone. They don't seem to care.
Did the Tracy Arm Fjord excursion and had nice day. Good guys running the tour but was a waste of money having a bus take us to the dock just 2 blocks from the ship. Lower the price and guests can walk there quite easily.
they've been working on the website, it's getting easier to use with a laptop and if you're using your phone, you're good to go. I call Celebrity at least a couple of times per cruise just to check on things or purchase extras, they've always been very nice and accommodating. as for Infinity - clean, well maintained, great entertainment, friendly crew and acceptable food in the MDR, we love Qsine and Aqua Spa Cafe. Favorite place is the thalossotherapy pool.
Everyone has their own opinions based on their experiences. My personal experience with celebrity is that they are my fav. We've never had anything but a great experience with them and we have cruised with them numerals times. There will be good and not so good things on any boat. For me I try not to let my circumstances dictate my day. I'll be on that same boat (2nd time) and plan to enjoy my time with my wife. Enjoy the journey!

Absolutely LOVE Celebrity! Have cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Alaska, and through the Panama Canal from San Francisco ending in Ft Lauderdale with them and everything was top notch!! Enjoy your cruise and don't take advice from people on here that have zero cruises and one negative review. I'm guessing that they are a paid troll! Happy cruising to you. ♥️⚓️
Anything more specific related to the actual cruise on the Infinity? I agree about their website, but I'm not letting that influence my expectations for the ship. I sail on Sunday out of LA, would appreciate any tips on what was good vs. what to watch out for. Thanks!
