I think we have found our cruise line for life. I was hesitant at first but as each day went along, I was so sure I made the right decision to visit Alaska on Celebrity. I can't wait until the next time we go on a Celebrity Cruise!!
Embarkation

Smooth. There were so many Celebrity employees there to meet us and made sure we got in the right line, not even me could have messed up. There was water available AND someone to answer every question asked. I have sailed on 3 other cruise lines and was not looking forward to the embarkation process. Celebrity Cruise Lines have the process down pat!! Great Job!

Food and Dining

Fantastic! The food selection was wonderful and tasted as good as it could be. Every bite of every meal left nothing to desire. I had a burger poolside and the meat was so good, I had to go back for another. We didn't buy a beverage package but didn't need to as the water and provided lemonade and fruit punch was over the top
Onboard Activities

We sang karaoke and bandoke, played the trivia contests. Didn't have a chance to use any other facilities but plenty of other folks were having a great time.
Entertainment

The entire entertainment package was way over the top. From the stand-up comedians to the Broadway production and everything in between was excellent. Could not have enjoyed it more.
Service and Staff

Oh My Gosh, where did Celebrity Cruise Lines attract these folks. Everyone from the Stateroom attendant (Mario) to the Dining Room staff (Sokie, Olpy and Johnny and so many more were the greatest. Always with a smile, a kind greeting and helpful advice our days started off and finished right. Never a harsh word from anyone.
Ship Quality

Even though it was an older ship, everything was so clean and everything had a purpose. Our cabin was in the front of the ship so the hike to the dining rooms in the rear was cumbersome (not really) . No complaints on anything. I was really amazed by the common areas bathrooms. Always sparkling clean and fresh smelling. I really liked the real hand towels. Wonderful overall experience.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was well taken care of and was the right size for the ship. As a matter of fact, it seemed a little bigger than previous cabins we've stayed in.
Ship tip
Enjoy every amenity the ship has to offer. Try different foods.
The ship was parked right in Downtown and was accessible to all the shops and excursions. We took advantage of the nature hike and canoe trip as well as the 4 WD adventure. Lots of fun.
After many cruises I have a difficult time choosing between Celebrity, Holland America and Princess.?There are also three lines I will never cruise on again.
