Review summary

From the second we got on the ship the staff did everything to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. They were very helpful and always made sure you had everything you needed. There was hand sanitizer everywhere which I loved and the room stewards thoroughly cleaned the rooms each day even wiping down walls and cleaning the balcony railings. Make sure to leave them a tip when you are leaving. The wait staff in the restaurant are very knowledgeable and fun. The food was absolutely amazing. The buffets during the day were always clean and there was a large amount of food to choose from. I thought the excursion staff could have been a bit more informative but they were very polite. Overall I would definitely cruise with this line again

We just got off the ship and walked all over. We went through the rainforest and saw all the totem poles and went to the bird sanctuary. It was all fun

Did the whales and ales tour and really enjoyed it. Everything was right on time

Ketchikan, Alaska

Did the snorkelling and would strongly recommend against it. Unless you are in top shape it is not an easy excursion. I felt it was poorly run. I ended up not doing it and paid $130 to sit on the rocky beach and watch everyone else. The staff didn't seem to care. I talked to a bunch of people after and they said they would never pay to do it again
