Review summary

Did not like charges for sodas, which were free on Carnival.The shore excursions were overpriced and available cheaper on shore. The food was not as varied as expected and the dining room staff did not perform as they did on Carnival. Lunches were Russian and Thai among others and not as good as could have been.Staff was pleasant enough, though the Guest Relations almost never answered the phone , even when staffed by 5 people !!

Room attendant argued that he had given the room with one bed as ordered, though I mentioned I had confirmed this with Celebrity and , for 2 beds.

Stateroom had twin beds, not comfortable. Size of room was small.Had booked a room with 2 beds, was given with one.Had difficulty getting the attendant to make them into two.He did not come as promised, so had to go to the front desk. When he came he argued, that he had made one bed per reservation.
