Review summary

We enjoy cruising with Celebrity. They are our cruise line of choice. The Galaxy is getting old and needs to be refurbished. The food and service were excellent as was the itinerary. With the exception of the abundance of loud and inconsiderate last minute passengers, all went well. We were awakened almost every night by boisterous people in the passage ways and loitering on the steps by the elevators. This was unpleasant.

Due to the size and type of last minute population, many of the excursions were cancelled due to lack of participation. The large families who booked at the last minute did not book excursions. This left the minority with extra time on our hands.

A poor a devasted island with a lot of heart. We finally got to take an excusion on this one. It was very interesting.

Pros: The itinerary and the cruise line

Cons: We found out that Celebrity practically gave rooms away in Puerto Rico. Wish they would take care of their loyal customers first. We've cruised with them 10 times already. An upgrade our extra persk or even a reduction in the cabin charge would have been welcomed.
