Review summary

Celebrity Equinox has been the best cruise I have ever been to. The staff made my experience really enjoyable. Everywhere I go, I only received great customer service. Our lunch/dinners were splendid because of Reigner from the Tuscan Grill and Vicente, Racheal and Jasper from Silhouette. I especially loved hanging out at the Cafe al Bacio because the staff, Krizelle, Bianca, Rem, Mark, Savio, Innah, Larissa, Yoga and Fiorela, were very friendly and always gave their best to deliver exceptional service.

The waiters and other restaurant staff, especially Vicente, Racheal and Jasper at the Silhouette, and Reigner from the Tuscan grille, were all professional, accommodating and attended to our needs. Our room steward, Erwin, was always on top of his game and our room was always very clean every time we get back from outside. The staff at Cafe al Bacio, especially Krizelle, John, Larissa, Bianca, Innah, Rem, Mark, Savio, and Yoga were very friendly and professional, and we I always enjoyed interacting with them. The rest of the ship personnel we encountered were also accommodating and attended to our needs.
