Review summary

This was cruise #39 & we were on this ship for 19 days. We could have easily spent another week or so on this ship! Love the itinerary of both cruises.

Once they start the process, it is easy & quick.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Buffet was really good! Very good variety of choices for everyone. On the last day they have a very wide variety of these beautiful cakes that they make. They were so good! We ate breakfast & lunch at the buffet & dinner in the MDR. We had a different table than we did the first cruise, because we had some friends join us. The tables were very close together & it was noisy in the middle of the room. The first cruise we sat near a window & it was so much quieter. We don’t eat at the specialty restaurants.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Lots to do during the day on the ship if you want to stay busy. If you like trivia, they have lots of trivia. There are always different activities to do. They do have a basketball court, which they offer soccer & pickleball, however, the court is at the very front of the ship & it is so windy, you really can’t play pickleball (and I have played a lot of pickleball on ships). They have paddles & balls & they had open pickleball daily, but you really could only play at ports. Fitness Center was very nice. No rock climbing walls or slides.

Entertainment

The BOYBAND EVOLUTION was fantastic! They were on both cruises with us & put on the best show. Robert Neary did a Neil Diamond tribute & did a great job too! The production shows were the same as the cruise before (which we knew that). The production cast were very talented singers, dancers & acrobatic performers, but the productions they had to present were a little confusing to people. I would imagine it is very hard for them to find good short productions. They had some other headline singers that were just okay.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward was excellent. All the staff on the ship were very friendly.

Ship Quality

We were very pleased with the ship’s layout and condition.

Cabin / Stateroom

We loved our room! It was spacious, clean & comfortable. We had an obstructed balcony, but the view was still wonderful.

Ship tip

Relax & have fun!

Our favorite place to snorkel! This was our 6th time to snorkel here, but the first time to see turtles at this location. Great island!

We like this port also, easy to walk around & shop or take a taxi to the beach.
