Review summary

I would say that I am so happy that I was blessed to be able to journey with celebrity cruise line and be on the celebrity equinox. Everything was almost like a dream. Relaxing and rejuvenating. The best part was the wonderful people and new friends I met starting at the airport, at my hotel, all of whom were wonderful travel companions on the ship ⚓🚢.

Embarkation

Being my first time sailing with the celebrity line, I tried not to put any preconceived ideas of what I should expect when it came to embarkation, all I had to go on were my past bad, and worse experiences. Wow, was I surprised at just how effortless and efficient the entire process was. Their entire goal was to get you to the ship and your beautiful stateroom as quickly and pleasantly as possible. Amazing!

Food and Dining

I had already read some raving reviews about the food and dining aboard the celebrity line of vessels, but as always you take it with a grain of salt and hope for the best. Well I must say that all the reviews were spot on. The food was fantastically delicious! I suffer from a gluten allergy and as always I was very concerned about what I would be eating, even worse what delicious goodies I would not be able to eat. The dining team once aware of my dilemma, did everything humanly possible to ensure that I ate safely and heartily for every meal. Awesome!

Murano Restaurant

Not only is this a very beautiful and ambient restaurant, but the food was superb, I almost avoided due to my gluten allergy, but was assured personally by the chef that I would be cared for like my own Dr. LoL. Trust me I was.

Ship tip

As soon as you set foot on the equinox, try and see as much of it as you can. The days will fly by and you will have so much to see and do by the end of the cruise you can't possibly see it all...
