Not a lot to do on sea days. The pool area has a mix of sunny and shady spots, and chairs seem to be always available. This was my 7th cruise and I really liked this ship.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Much quicker and easier than it used to be.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was generally very good, just a few misses. We did not do any specialty restaurants.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
We used the solarium pool a lot as it was quieter and cooler there. Went to music trivia a few times. Silent disco was fun.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Stage shows are too loud. Ships band is good. The jazz ensemble was mostly good. The solo guitarist kept getting cancelled, only saw him briefly. The visiting comedians were entertaining, visiting singer was good, visiting quartet tried real hard, but was okay.
Children's Programs
No kids, and very few on this cruise. The space looked nice.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Dining room service was excellent. Room steward was good. Bar waiters were mostly good. Everyone is friendly and polite.
Ship Quality

They had a lot of activities in the foyer and entertainment court, where space and seating were tight. But mostly the design is good and easy to navigate. The library is in a noisy space in the atrium, so not a good place to read. Everything is mostly clean and maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

I liked that the seating area was by the window and that the TV swivels so you can watch it from the couch or the bed. (Some rooms have the bed by the window.) The beds push together to make a single queen, but aren’t locked so tend to separate a bit. Our room was missing quite a few items: umbrella, do not disturb sign, laundry bag. There weren’t enough hangers. The electric outlet in the bathroom is blocked, but you can dry your hair sitting at the desk.
Took the bus to Eagle Beach, rented a palapa and chairs, beautiful beach, water and sand. No snorkeling where we were, but great for swimming. We were there on a Tuesday evening, so went to the Bon Bini Festival at the museum enjoyed this a lot.
Did an island tour to see flamingos, salt pans, and northern part of island. Still had time when we got back, so went snorkeling right at the little beach by the cruise terminal! Not as good as the rest of the island, I’m sure, but was still worth doing.
