We did an excursion to the Secret Sands beach and it was well worth it! There were 5 ships in port and you would not have known it by this beach. Uncrowded and serene!

The excursion we chose was to the Barceló Bávaro Palace. While we knew this was not an adults only excursion, we were not expecting a resort full of high school students able to drink. While the resort was clean, the food and service were HORRIBLE!

All was well on the ship. The problem was with the port terminal itself. There was a very long line at customs as there were only two customs agents on duty.
