Overall a great cruise, I have nothing bad to say about anything we seen or done. You will have the reviews from those you can never please that will be bad but the overall experience was very enjoyable for us. These workers on the ship are human so give them a break if they don’t live up to your expectations. Most are a very long way from their home and family. They work long hours to pamper us and I think they do a GREAT job. Thank you to celebrity cruises and the staff of the equinox for a great 30th anniversary. We will use you again.

Pools were good, one “adult only” several hot tubs. This is a more laid back relaxing cruise. There were games and activities just not an abundance.
Entertainment

Quality shows that would rival broadway productions
Service and Staff

Cabin attendant was Wayen , never had to ask for anything always spoke and was very nice and personable. Reggie was our waiter a couple of bites and was awesome as well as Melina a couple of nights. They will pamper and spoil you.

Ship tip
Don’t go expecting a “party atmosphere” this is a laid back, not as many kids, relaxing cruise. Which is nice for that type of change
Had been to this port several times so not a lot of new, did go to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park which was pretty cool if you’re into history. Jump on/off the Duval Loop buses (FREE and they have AC) about 10-12 different stops. Look for the pink bus signs
We done the port pass, got to pick 3 of 4 activities and had a blast. The aviary was AWESOME, you walk on rope bridges to get to different bird “huts” and the birds are are very people friendly to say the least. Got to enjoy the pool and shop. I recommend the chocolate tour as well as the tequila tour. They make it fun or as fun as you want it to be. This whole stop was made for the ships so get off the boat and enjoy.
Done the Chichen Itza Mayan ruins, hey it’s one of the 7 wonders of the world so you have to see it. It’s A LOT of travel time for very little on scene time but we got to see it. It’s about 6-7 hours travel for hour and half ruins time. But hey,we seen 1 of the 7 wonders of the modern world.
Got a taxi on our own to Seven Mike Beach, public access beach kinda crowded for a while but thinned our quick. Beautiful water and beaches. About $5 person for taxi one way.
