Review summary

I very much enjoyed my cruise with Celebrity and would cruise again with them. The service was the best part. The ship was very clean and well kept. Good mix of ages onboard. Not as much for kids to do as on other ships but that meant fewer kids which was fine by me.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Was booked in Conceirge so embarking was fairly easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room food for dinner was very good. Not excellent. The service at dinner was much better then breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed it. Buffet was above average and most food was tasty. The grill by the pool had the BEST burgers and hot fries. Loved the coffee bar with complimentary pastries. We did not eat in any of the specialty restaurants. Martini Bar was the BEST!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
My favorite activity was frequenting the Martini Bar. Bartender "Goose" made the cruise. He was funny and attentive. Pool was nice also and the solarium. Also enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Stage shows were just average. I went to each one. Enjoyed first night comedian the best.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Best by far was service at the Martini Bar, but it was very good throughout the ship. I would definitely sail with Celebrity again and the service would be the reason.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The layout was great. The ship never felt too crowded.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was fine. Typical balcony cabin. Attendant Maria was super sweet. Afternoon canapes provided as part of concierge were not so good.

Ship tip

Get a room near the elevators or you will be walking alot.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
I would recommend anyone cruising out of Miami add a day or two beginning or end to enjoy this fabulous diverse city. Take a tour, visit south beach and Little Havana ( you won't need to cruise to Cuba) So much to see and do. Depending on time of year, take in a sporting event. Heat, Marlins, Dolphins or Panthers. But don't miss exploring the city.

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Love Key West. Learn the history and do some exploring. Its so much more than Tshirt shops and bars. (But Sloppy Joes Bar is part of the history) Eat Royal Reds at Conch Republic Restaraunt BEST shrimp you have ever eaten I promise.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5

Cozumel, Mexico

3 out of 5

George Town, Grand Cayman Did not visit port

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Port of Miami is organized and as easy as baggage pickup at the airport.

It is up to you if you want to spend extra cash

Contact your travel agent. Ask if there are any upgrades and you're interested in starting in Aqua Class. You may have to pay extra but you really get pampered. I love Celebrity!!
