Review summary

Great cruise on a great ship stopping at great ports! We will be back to the Equinox and hopefully the glass artists will still be in residence. We also look forward to the excellent food and crew.

Embarkation

A little confusing, but lots of helpful staff.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate in the MDR whenever possible as the wait staff and food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was really good with a lot of variety and very fresh food.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We especially LOVED to glass-blowing studio and were there for many of the presentations. Unprecedented entertainment!!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We loved the shows and music in the lounges.

Children's Programs

Couple without kids.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent stewards, wait staff, chefs, and bartenders.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Great design for a relaxing cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was a bit smaller than some we have had on other lines, but well organized and clean.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

4 out of 5
Embarkation only.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Shopping and a trip up the incline to have a Bushwacker!

Basseterre, St. Kitts

4 out of 5
The "Fast Cat"snorkeling tour was great except for the lunch stop. Hot sand without shoes burned our feet and the lunch was just barely OK. Snorkeling was excellent!

Bridgetown, Barbados

5 out of 5
Island tour was fun as we saw different parts of the island that we had not visited before.

Roseau, Dominica

5 out of 5
We visited the old sugar plantation which is now an archaeological dig. The archaeologist was phenomenal with a wealth of information about the history of the island. Be sure to take this one!!

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
Beach day on St Maarten can't be beat!! Off the ship, a short boat shuttle to the beach and you are there! For hearty types, you can even walk to the beach - white sand and gentle waves!!!

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Very smooth but Ft Lauderdale customs can be a bit slow.
