Our last cruise on Equinox in 2019, we booked an inside guarantee cabin and we were given an ocean view cabin in the best location. Midship and mere steps from the passport bar.

Yes, when our desired room inventory was low and price difference between guaranteed and choose your own room was significant we have booked a guaranteed room. We had no problem and never received an undesirable room.
