Take advantage of the coffee bar - if you like hot chocolate - ask them to add Kaula to it - it makes a great drin.

Aqua class is not the same on the Edge as it is on all other ships.

We had good ports and were busy and food was very good, ship was spotless, otherwise i wouldnt sail the Edge again, not real fun vibe at any point and staff worked very hard but seemed very nervous all the time.

Be sure to book your excursions and even your specialty dining preferences as far in advance as possible or else you'll be limited to what's left, even if you try to do it two months in advance, you'll find yourself eating at 9:30 and limited to restricted options for excursions.

If you choose Le Petit Chef, be prepared to go with the recommended menu. Only the recommended menu is in sync with the very well and technically amazing show. There are alternatives but then you would be out of sync with the show.

Don’t expect a balcony unless you have booked a suite. Also a lot of the top deck is for suite passengers only.

When in doubt about anything, utilize the knowledge of your butler and concierge staff. We sure did!

DO IT!! Make sure you understand about moving through the 4 main dining rooms BEFORE you sail! We had a fixed time for dining-6PM>< which unfortunately FIXED us in one dining room! We had to go to the concierge to get permission to move through the 4 restaurants. I met more than a few cruisers who were having the same challenge. Everyone wants to experience the 4 main restaurants but the dining room staff seems to be very challenged as to how to do tis. I thin on this one thing, The EDGE needs to look at how Disney Cruises successfully moves their passengers through the main dining rooms.
