Review summary

This was our 4th cruise with Celebrity and it was disappointing on most levels. It was a money grab as soon as you got on the ship. From the drink package to wifi. These packages are all on a tier system. If you don't buy the top tier you have to pay extra. Never had this on other cruises. Shore Excursions never got back to me regarding a complaint I had about a tour. The food was second-rate at best. It was hard to believe it was a Celebrity cruise.

Some of the staff were amazing! Some didn't know what to do or say. We were not serviced in one of the main dining rooms for 45mins and I had to ask the maitre'd to find a server.

Didn't really like Cartagena, a lot of people bugging for money and to buy their stuff. It was hard to shop with everyone trying to sell you there items

I was on the same cruise March 27, 2023. This was my 58th cruise. They must have missed the ship. The food was excellent. The entertainment was one of the best every night.. All cruise lines have two tier drink packages classic or premium.
