Smooth Transfer from Airport to Cruise Port. Check in quick and efficient. Boarding ship within 30 minutes.

Food and Dining

The main dining rooms had varied menu. All the meals exceeded our expectations. One small thing. The Desserts could have been a bit more adventurous however they tasted great. The only speciality restaurant that we ate at was the Rooftop Garden. The steak was cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic.

Onboard Activities

The onboard facilities were great for us, however we are not into flow riders, rock walls etc. The main pool area is lovely with a 22 meter pool. The Solarium was also a great feature.

Entertainment

The quality of the performers were outstanding. The main theatre is an immersive experience as the stage comes out into the audience. You feel the interaction with the performers. There are musical performers in other venues around the ship which again are very talented. Good variety of music. Did not experience the entertainment in Eden.

Service and Staff

This would have been 5 stars but for one of the Sommeliers in the main dining room who was very rude. All the other Staff and the service provided was first class.

Ship Quality

The ship is on the smaller end of the large cruise ships at 129,500 tons. The layout flows well. The main centre is the Grand Plaza which is the main hub of activity. All main areas are accessed from here. The decor is very chic and stylish with lots of interesting and beautiful artwork. The ship was very clean and well maintained. All public area were regularly cleaned/santised. Restrooms were immaculate.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Good size cabin which feels bigger due to the infinite veranda which allows you to use the space as a balcony or with the window raised as part of the room. I really liked the flexibility. The cabin was light, airy and modern with stylish detailing. Quality bedding and comfortable mattresses.
