Review summary

This was our first Celebrity cruise. The EDGE is just remarkable. If you have younger kids, go with another Celebrity ship - this one is definitely gearing up toward the young professional adult crowd. Many older couples we met didn't seem impressed - the 25-40 crowd raved. My kids are teens and they like to read a lot by the pool, so they were fine. The crew and staff are second to none - the food was out of this world!

Went to Xcaret - booked through cruise but run by Aviomar - amazing day! Underground rivers, butterflies, gorgeous beach, great food!

Went to Stingray City - we also did a dolphin encounter, but would skip that in the future - the dolphin excursion wasn't much, and they charged $70 per person if you wanted ANY photos - your own personal cameras weren't allowed during the experience.
