The ship was great. I was trying to figure out if all new ships were this nice or it was just Celebrity.

The ship is physically beautiful, especially the center atrium that the midship elevators go past on every trip up or down. The food is varied, well-prepared, and not overly spiced. There is a health food restaurant and sugar-free desserts for those who want. The spa hot bamboo massages were wonderful. The shows were entertaining, if a little too short (45-60 minutes). The staff was very attentive and eager to please.

This is the Cadillac of all the ships we have been on and the food was the bewst ever on sea or land

The ship was absolutely beautiful, brand new and well layed out. the dining room is on the third floor and you can not even feel it move (aka less risk for motion sickness). the food was great. also on deck the chairs had wonderful thick cushion. Very tidy as well.

The ship itself is very clean and in great condition. The food was quite good for the most part and the staff friendly. The ports for our particular itinerary were dissappointing and the beds uncomfortable.

Ship is new, therefore clean. The onboard activities are few and unorganized. Food in the main dining hall is better than good. Food in the cafe is typical of cafeteria food. Nothing to write home about. The pool bar staff and the matr'd in the main dining hall were slow and really quite rude to guests. For some reason, a couple of the bars thought I had the beverage package and were slow to wait on me? After learning I did not have the beverage package, service improved? Don't understand that one.... Overall, we were disappointed with the cruise. A 5.5 star rating really excited us, but the service simply was not there.

a very pleasant cruise-however too many people for me -it is like large city-no connections were made most passengers were overweight-but they enjoyed their food-so nobody,s business -we had a nice table with two nice persons

nothing went wrong absolutely a wonderful cruise better than the med.cruises i have been on and the service was excellent -but too many people and they all have nothing in common only eating as much as they can harbor-i am a weight watcher and i enjoyed the fitness center -promote the area more in your advertising you get a nice qaulty crowd more fun and good looking tooo.k!!

Beautiful new ship, great dining, especially the specialty restaurants Tuscany & Qsine.

Ideal cruise for resting and rejuvenating after a harsh winter. The food was better than expected and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. The ports were unremarkable but enjoyable, nonetheless. The Cruise ship recommended excursion on a catamaran ride to a Cozumel beach was choppy and rough and much too long. An booked excursion to a beach in Roatan proved to be a bit unsavory as the driver took us on an unrequested detour and questionable stop on the island before returning to the pier. The ship's entertainment ranged from excellent (Sound Decision A Cappella Group) to cloyingly irritating (Cruise Director Nick's overuse of "ahh-mazing" and unrelenting demand for audience to make some noise). Overall, however, this was a beautiful vacation with perfect weather.

The ship was beautiful and very clean

I've only been on Carnival in the past so this was a HUGE step up. The entire experience was just amazing. The staff was bending over backward to please us. The food was simply amazing and the ship is beautiful. There were tons of activities and always a quiet corner we could go to be alone. Even with 2800 people we never felt crowded. This is the first vacation I truly did not want to end.

The ship was beautiful; all new, bright and shiney. Very clean and comfortable.

Celebrity does evrything right. Our room was great, the food was unbelievable,the entertainment was first rate, but the staff is what will make this vacation unforgetable.

Can wait to book again! The only thing I would caution on is the Lord Sheffield Tall ship was a huge disappointment, The sailboat was dirty and not sufficent seatting, stay away!.

The ship was fabulous. Dining exquisite. Crew super friendly and nice. Ports of call were great.

Service from all staff was exceptional. Evening shows were the best of any cruises we've been on. Lawn Club (real grass) was a nice feature. Fellow passengers were very polite.
