Review summary
Ship is new, therefore clean. The onboard activities are few and unorganized. Food in the main dining hall is better than good. Food in the cafe is typical of cafeteria food. Nothing to write home about. The pool bar staff and the matr'd in the main dining hall were slow and really quite rude to guests. For some reason, a couple of the bars thought I had the beverage package and were slow to wait on me? After learning I did not have the beverage package, service improved? Don't understand that one.... Overall, we were disappointed with the cruise. A 5.5 star rating really excited us, but the service simply was not there.Ship experiences
