Excellent experience in The Retreat. Great food in Luminae and attentive service.

The staff on the Eclipse is HORRIBLE. With the exception of Efrain and my waiter Okee at Tucson Grill. I never felt as if they wanted to help. They argued points that they were absolutely wrong about. Very POOR SERVICE.

The only problem we had was, we were suppose to be at a large table. Turned out we weren’t assigned to any table . It took two nights to be assigned a table that had another couple. We complained but didn’t matter

From beginning to end it was seamless and fantastic! Celebrity never disappoints! We had a fabulous time! Thank you, Celebrity!

We have been on this cruise before. We like ship size, 2800 passengers and enjoy the days docked in Bermuda. The Luminae experience was well worth the money in our opinion because we do enjoy the food as well as the the selection of wine pairings provided by our sommelier, Jennifer. The pool area fills up quickly so be prepared for some congestion in that area.

Overall we had a great time. There was always something to do, there was a ton of delicious food, the crew was amazing, I will definitely be sailing with Celebrity again.

This was our second cruise to Bermuda. The first was more exciting for us because it was new- it was also on a different cruise line (same parent company). Not sure why, but expected more from what I thought was a 'step-up' cruise line. However, as this was our 2nd cruise to Bermuda, we will look for other areas to cruise to before going back.

The ship was excellant, fantastic customer service. The entrertainment was of Broadway quality. I wish the breakfast buffet stayed open a little later it seemed to close a bit early if you decided to sleep in. Even though tips are included I would recommend giving cleaning staff and waiters a little something at the end, they work really hard to please you and when done they really don't get that much, I think most of us can afford to.

Booking my cruise through was a breeze! The website is user-friendly, the process is seamless, and the customer service is excellent. Special thanks to my customer service rep, Shannon, for being responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for a stress-free booking experience.

This cruise was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with friends.

THE SHIP THE CREW ON BOARD ACTIVITY AND BERMUDA ALL FIVE STAR. THE MAIN DINING ROOM ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE WAS GREAT 5 STAR THE MENU AND FOOD NOT SO MUCH CUT BACKS WERE APPARENT. OVERALL WOULD CRUISE AGAIN WITH CELEBRITY.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food & Beverages were delicious. Entertainment was fun.

The ship is showing signs of wear and could use a refurbishment. Rusting metal at balconies and frayed drapes. But the staff was excellent.

The cruise was everything we asked for and some especially being our honeymoon.

ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH AS THE WEATHER WAS GREAT, SEAS VERY CALM. CAPTAIN WAS VERY FUNNY. GLASS BLOWING 10++++++, WISH I HAD BOOKED A SPOT EARLY TO MAKE MY OWN CREATION, BUT IT WAS ALL BOOKED UP. EXCELLENT ADDITION TO THE CRUISE. FOOD AND SERVICE EXCELLENT.

We have been loyal Celebrity cruisers. We prefer Aqua class as we enjoy dining in Blu.

I was recuperating from a surgery 2 1/5 weeks prior to the cruise. This was the perfect healing cruise for me. The ship was easy to get around and we could take our time and relax when needed. Go grateful for this experience!!
