Review summary

The staff on the Eclipse is HORRIBLE. With the exception of Efrain and my waiter Okee at Tucson Grill. I never felt as if they wanted to help. They argued points that they were absolutely wrong about. Very POOR SERVICE.

Bermuda is almost below average...it's not the Caribbean AND it's almost impossible to enjoy the actual island after 1030PM. CELEBRITY SHOULD PROVIDE A LATER SHUTTLE.

As somebody has already enquired, are you sure you’re not a child? This certainly seems to have been written by a child. You mention that Bermuda is not in the Caribbean, correct, so top school marks for geography, but did you only learn this after you had booked the cruise? Our experience on the Eclipse was very different to the one that you have described.

You state that you are an adult in your review. Are you sure that's true? The way you write tells me otherwise. We have sailed on the Eclipse twice and it was great both times. Nothing like you describe.
