Review summary

We enjoyed this cruise. Liverpool was great. Le Havre needs some commute in order to get to somewhere more interesting. Foods and activities are amazing. Shows are not to missed, very impressive performance.

Embarkation

Smooth and efficent, serving champage and wine once you checked in the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Dining rooms serve great foods, no complains. Buffet is good overall. A lot of variety, only if they can extend the evening hours a little later. After 11pm, there be only pizza, pasta, fruits and cakes left.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Very nice and new machines in the fitness center. Very spacious as well.

Ship tip

Not many kids in this cruise. If you are an elder and looking for a mature audience, you will love it.

Ports of call

Dublin, Ireland

4 out of 5
We arrived a day before and visited Guinness storehouse, St Patrick Catherale and Trinty College. Port is 25 min away from the city center and nothing much around the port.

Le Havre (Paris), France

3 out of 5
The port is too far away. It takes 2.5 hours no traffic to get to Paris and about the same to go to Mont St-Michel. Port is kindly out of no where in some riral and industrial place, there is nothing to see at the port.

Liverpool, England

5 out of 5
Great Port, Ship parked right next to the city. Very conevenience to walk around. 10 min walk from Liverpool one and Beatles Musuem.

Dunmore East (Waterford), Ireland

3 out of 5
Visited the House of Waterford, bought an item at the shop. Other than that, there is nothing much to do in this town. Visited once and would avid to come back.

Cobh (Cork), Ireland

3 out of 5
Visited Blarney Castle and Gardens. There is an half hour wait just to enter in the castle then another 45 minute to get up top if you want to miss the blarney stone. It is very time consuming, so plan your day wisely if you want to do something else. There is some shops and restaurants near the port, but nothing too exicting.

St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands

3 out of 5
Waited almost 2 hours to get on the tender. Visited the Castle (18e entrance fee) about 10 minutes walk from the port. Shops are closed or closed early on a sunday. Nothing much to do in town. Left early and went back to the ship, there is a 45 minute wait to get on the tender to return. Not a producive day for sure.
