Review summary

Very nice ship - nice itinerary. But DO NOT go out of Miami during holiday or school break time - many foreigners - particularly Brits - too many children who were unruly/undisciplined and allowed to roam the ship at will. They were a safety hazard - security did not seem able to control them/situation. Dinner in the main dining room left much to be desired - mostly poor menu (got worse, the more days we were on the ship), seafood quality was bad - Red Lobster would not serve this, overall food preparation was very so-so. Our waitstaff in the main dining room were excellent. Cabin 9197 was in perfect location and had BEST cabin stewards EVER!

Breakfast & lunch & tea in the Ocean View Cafe was fine - what you would expect. Multiple islands, so mostly no lines. Quality of dinner menu in the main dining room declined as the days of the cruise (14 Day cruise) - beef dishes were all tough, dishes with fancy names, but nothing special. Seafood was poorly prepared - Red Lobster woul not serve it

Musical entertainment was TERRIFIC! All day long, somewhere on the ship. House band, Sonata, was really great - very talented and a huge repetoire.

Nice Cabin - Great location on the ship - we would pick it again!! Absolutely the very best cabin stewards we have ever had!!!!

Ship tip

Great Itinerary!! But do not go out of Miami at Holiday or any time there is school vacation - Many foreigners - particularly Brits - who bring many children, who are unruly, rude, undisciplined and allowed to roam the ship at will - they have no concern for other passengers.
