Use the Reflections/Sky lounge at the top forward deck. They reserve a bit of it for the Captain’s Club events in the early evening which means most people tend not to go there, but there are still seats you can use, and the views are amazing.

As a first time cruiser I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options, packages etc. I’d tell first timers to relax. You’ll figure it out. Just enjoy.

While Constellation is an older ship, it has been well maintained and is very clean. It has an excellent staff!

Avoid the expensive drinks packages

Check the bill. We settled our account and had a zero balance upon leaving the ship. Whilst waiting at the airport we received an email informing us of extra charges had been added on our credit card for drinks from the mini bar. We were absolutely furious as we hadn't had anything from the minibar the whole voyage.
