The staff and cruise director were very good. The ship and cabins were always clean. After a few days the food seemed to look the same. All the ports of call were good except we really didnt care for the Malta port. by loubru61

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

We enjoyed the ship, staff and the ports of call. I would definitely look at sailing with Celebrity again!

Relaxing Arabien Cruise by PetraKnosova

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

The end of voyage was disappointing becouse my husband had forgotten his Casmir hat in the cabin. When I came back in the afternoon, all the way from Yas Island by taxi, the staff told me that nothing has been found. For 100% we know, it was in cabin, so can not just dissapear. Never happened to us in any hotel or cruise, if something been forgoten in cabin or room, always we get it back!

Excellent Itinerary! by mikhail4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

It was an excellent cruise. A very busy cruise, but I felt we had ample time for rest in between ports. The staff was excellent. The food was better than other cruises we have been on. The dancers and singers were excellent. Jane Curry, a special guest entertainer was superb. Phil collins impersonator was bad. tribute to Elton John was more of an impersonation and should not have been. The "comedian" was actually spiritual medium.....Not acceptable. Overall the cruise was great!!

Excellent personnel. met the Captain. Signed up for another cruise! Ship beautiful. Food perfect. Not too crowded. Bars were perfect. Bought an expensive Rolex because it seemed like a very good deal and the sales personnel were great to us!

Great Cruise, Great Ship! by nmgd123

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

A great trip and a wonderful book of memories. We will be back on Celebrity in June 2018 and I'm sure another again soon after that! I enjoy the smaller ships (Summit, Constellation, etc.) but mostly I enjoy Celebrity's cruise culture. Fun, not pretentious and modern.

Warning to all disabled by brookfieldbren

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Don't go if your disabled. Celebrity clearly actively discourages people with a disability by making it hard for them. Overbooked and understaffed.loved the pools and sauna

Fantastic Voyage! by ILOVESAILING

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Fantastic. Wonderful. My only comment ... there should be more supervision at the hot tubs. People were in the hot tubs with glass bottles of beer, and the pool attendant (Howard) and one of the officers (Stanley) completely ignored the infraction. This happened on more than one occasion.

Beautiful itinerary and a great cruise - highly recommended by 210245tg

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The itinerary is most fascinating. I just wish the staff will take care of the supply of sugar free cakes  to the cafe Al Bacio

The staff is very kind and polite. Gluten free cakes are served regularly

Another amazing cruise by pflatter

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

My husband and I really enjoyed this cruise.  Alexandra (the Captain's Club hostess) and Tari (waitress) made this cruise extra special.  We love itineraries with overnights.

Great entertainment program by vivianpablo

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The best entertainment in the high seas; very professional, engaging, and talented group of people. The celebrity dancers also performs on pool deck and Reflections lounge prior to a theme dance party.

The Blu restaurant staff were great, friendly, warm, and very attentive.

It was an exhausting itinerary since there was no sea day until after the 5th port and then the day before embarkation. Three days of sea day may be better.

I love that you were not hounded to be photographed.

X Marks the Spot by GigiDeBellis

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

My favorite part was the staff- just terrific bunch always looking to make us

feel as if we were the only guests on board.

The menus for at the San Marco could have been planned with more choices; both we and pour friend felt it was limited . We have cruised on both the Solistice and the Equinox and both had better menus . Same applies to more varying and interesting activities on board. They were jut the same run of the mill stuff I.e. Trivia, volleyball blah, blah

overall we had a great time and look forward to our next trip.

we love our cruise agent Harry Kroll he is the best

Second time on Constellation by skincanon

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

This is our second sailing on the Constellation, in comparison, this sailing the crew appeared less experienced and it was a new itinerary for most of the crew.

Our favorite part of this cruise was the Entertainment and Bar Staff/Sommeliers by far.  All of the shows provided top-notch entertainment, the singers were excellent, as well as the small venue entertainment (soloists, duos, bands, DJ) were also excellent.  The Bar Staff/Sommeliers were very friendly, of course the drink package helped! Yummy

The ship needs to go through a serious dry-dock maintenance, as many areas showed rust and wear including sagging floors in our shower and the Ocean View Café.

Itinerary-wise, they could overnight in Hong Kong since there is so much to see and do and not enough time to see 25% of it.  They could skip Manila all together.  Unfortunately due to extreme winds at the tender port of Boracay, we had to skip that port and Kota Kinabalu is still a destination port "in-progress", so maybe wait a few more years before stopping there.

The Shore excursions department really needs to expand their information available to cruisers regardless of whether or not they are on a tour or not.  We did 2 "self guided" tours with the ships transfers, but the maps of the locations were awful and there really wasn't any additional information to help out those not on an organized, escorted tour.

"Traffic Management"

Tour disembarkation - Celebrity still has yet to figure out the best way to distribute the tour bus number stickers to passengers.  This time they had the line wrap through the photo gallery and around, whilst passengers were arriving in the middle of the line via elevators and stairs.

Philippine Health Inspection - this was ridiculous, people merging and converging into the line from 5 different access points.  All to walk through and hand a piece of paper to the Philippine immigration officers.  No one really say the point of this exercise.

Passport Pick up - DEBACLE, worst location on the entire ship for mass pick up of passports for 2034 passengers, in the Art Gallery!!!

The Art Auction was generally routine, as expected, but the advertised auction for no work over $750 immediately started with many works that were over $3000, all under the guise of "requested art".  This cleared out the room of about 30% within the first 15 minutes of the auction.  During the normal auctions, they were auctioning the high cost art that didn't seem to resonant with anyone, but they kept putting those pieces on the auction block.  Piece of advise for the auctioneer "Read your audience".

Southeast Asia trip by SoutheastAsia

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

The trip was good but changes in dinning made it difficult to do activities the way we wanted to.  Shore excursion staff continually gave us bad info on steps on each tour.  Wine service at dinner was poor always trying to substitute other wines rather than what we ordered and we were on the premium package.

worst of 6 cruises, let down by Celebrity poor management by gwebsterg

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

My wife and I were celebrating my 70th, and we enjoyed our holiday despite some serious issues which we had not experienced on 5 previous cruises including a cruise with Constellation. The Luminae Restaurant service is outstanding, food excellent. Our suite same as we have had before was excellent. We particularly wanted to dock at Kota Kinabalu where we had been twice before, and this was a highlight with private trip to Kinabalu national park.

Our disappointments were over missed transfer from airport in Singapore, poor return transfer; very poor service in specialty restaurants; worse Muster ever had; truncated times in ports so less sightseeing time; poor internet connection.

We were pleased to have visited Vietnam but would not wish to return, Manila is a nightmare; we like Hong Kong and Singapore but had been before.

If one did not stay in  a suite I think this itinerary would be poor. We organised our own private trips , I heard many complaints about Celebrity excursions.

Wonderful cruise around the Persian Golf by Sunshinesunny

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Dubai & Emirates

Nice Aqua Class cabin with balkony. The BLU restaurant is a lovely addition to the ship. Excellent service at the restaurant. Our waitress from Indonesia, Novalia was the most pleasant, thoughtful and helpful person.

We really missed Michael,s bar. It is only for Members and nobody was there....

We were really unsatisfied with the entertainment. Not even one piano player in one of the bars. Instead 2 violin player girls were playing in a bar every afternoon. Very boring!!! They don,t have  many activities during the day comparing with other cruiselines. No country line dancing classes!!!!! Basicly, yes it was a boring cruise. Of course the places we were visiting were fantastic!!!

ABu Dhabi, Muscat, Oman, Khasab, Oman and Dubai!!!

14 Night Arabian Sea & Suez Canal by chitownanon

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Other (Asia/Africa/Middle East)

The crew on this cruise was exceptionally friendly.  Service was excellent.  However, the food was just mediocre.  The shows were so-so with a lot of dependence on Celebrity Singers & Dancers.  Activities were routine with nothing that stands out.

If you like sea days to relax, this may be the cruise for you.  Passage through the Suez Canal was interesting.  A tour of Petra in Jordan is always a highlight.

Was far from impressed by lisarmc98

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

I thought the ship was very plain and there was not enough to do.   The ship had a heavy fuel smell on two occasions and no one would give us an answer as to why.  Very disappointed.
