it was excellent

The ship was very pretty. However, the service and the entertainment was very bad. My husband and I have been on 6 previous cruises with Celebrity and they were wonderful. This one was very bad and we would not recommend it to anyone. The food was always cold in the dinning room as well as the buffet. The steaks were overcooked and the baked potatos were not cooked at all. The entertainment was not good at all, the pool band was always off key and sang songs that should be sang slow fast, and fast songs were slow. The thearter entertainment was very poor. It was a very disappointing cruise and we were embarrassed to have our friends with us that we told this would be the best cruise ever. We also have friends that are taking this cruise in April that we have told to cancel their trip. This was terrible service from the Customer Relations desk to other servers. Royal Caribbean is a better cruise lines and more worth the money.

The overall cruise was very pleasant. The service was exceptional, the many ports we stopped at were mostly pleasant. I was disappointed in some of the entertainment, especially the comedians. They were a waste of time. The magician also was so so. The ship could use some updating. There was a lot of rust in spots, and not as clean in some areas as it could be.

This was a lovely ship and would have been a lovely cruise, with the exception of a banging noise that occurred all night almost every night of the cruise. Upon reporting the problem, it was determined that the noise was from a defective dishwasher that could not be turned off. It was finally fixed on the last two nights of our cruise. The rest of the cruise we slept during the day (missing the activities we went on the cruise to enjoy and we tossed and turned in our beds every night (except 2).

The previous cruise into Barcelona had a outbreak of Noro Virus. The ship did a great job of cleaning and there was no one we new who contracted it on our 13 day trip!!

The ship was very clean and the staff were most helpful and friendly. We made several good friendships with crew members. The entertainment was first class, especially Perry Grant. The food was much better than other cruises we have been on and well prepared and presented. The ship isn't too large to where you can't find what you need or you're looking for.

Beautiful ship, great food, and second to none service.

The ship itself was beautiful,the crew was the best the arrangement of the buffet was too long and spread out.Everything was wonderful except the food was way below par this really almost ruined the trip for us.

Spotlessly clean, crew at every corner with antiseptic goo for hands trying to prevent spread of norovirus which had been on board on the previous cruise - did not help though as crew and passengers were going down with it every day. Quiet cruise, no public announcements for activities, a pleasure as only noon daily update by captain. Problem with vegetarianism in dining room one night - salmon dish marked vegetarian, when I queried it, the waiter said some eat fish. I complained to the maitre d' who said it was a mistake. Unacceptable that this happens as one can't be sure now that the vegetarian dishes are really vegetarian. This happened also in the Aqua Spa health bar. The Muslim Indian waiters understood my problem as they were not eating meat on board (no halaal meat available), and were most helpful.

This ship was excellent. It was going into dry dock at the end of our cruise so it was a bit worn, but you had to look for the problems. Perfect size of a ship. The therapy pool was pretty close to my favorite spot. I will have a hard time going on another ship without one!!

The overall ship was great - the staff wer amazingly professional and congenial. The ship needs some upgrading in some of the public areas and the stateroom bathrooms.

Very clean, plenty of shopping. Spa services were good.

Food, Entertainment, Excursions, Beds, Non-stop sales pitches all very poor impression of this cruise line this ship and this much anticipated holiday vacation.

The ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Guest Services personel were top of the line with help and friendliness. The entertainment was excellent with many talanted performers. Level of service on this ship not up to standards of other ships I have cruised on before both in dining room and cabin services.

We were very impressed with the ship and roominess. Big ship, but not jammed with passengers...a real plus. Your restaurants were excellent and your staff was most generous in their service.

Very good ship, nice cruise. Computer usage on the ship was poor and very expensive. If you need to be in contact while cruising, be sure to do your homework. There is so much information about cruising, but their ability to provide reasonable internet support was poor. Disembarkation in San Diego was delayed and made overy long and difficult by holding back any disembarkation, until all foreign passengers had been cleared. This did not make any sense and we almost missed our flight due to the delay. The port of San Diego needs to find some other way to handle this - what a mess!

This was the first cruise with Celebrity, but will not the the last. Extremely well organized thru out

We took a thirteen day cruise on the Celebrity Constellation out of Port Liberty, NJ up to Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. My wife is going through chemotherapy and is quite weak at this time. Boarding was a snap. The terminal provided a wheelchair and attendant who took us all the way through the registration process. The ship is not right at the terminal, so they bus everyone to the gangplank. We were greeted with champagne and were able to drop our carry-on off in our stateroom. We had a FV (Family Value) stateroom that can accomodate five people. My wife ended up spending most of the cruise in the room, but it had a seperate seating area which allowed her to move around a bit. The stateroom attendants were great, always cheerful and working around us. We had several dinners in the room, ordering off of the resturaunt menu. Meals were delivered very quickly. I spent alot of time in the casino, and with only one exception, found the dealers quite freindly and capable. Overall, the ship was kept very clean, public bathrooms were spotless. There was always some kind of entertainment going on, at least until midnight. Fellow passengers were older than what I had previously experienced on a another cruise line, but it was nice in that it was quiet and restful.

the ship was comfortable,easy to get around and nice decor. Great crew..service was excellent..everyone very friendly...food was excellent...as we have come to expect of "Celebrity" cruiselines...Loved having ever other day at sea!
