Review summary

The ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Guest Services personel were top of the line with help and friendliness. The entertainment was excellent with many talanted performers. Level of service on this ship not up to standards of other ships I have cruised on before both in dining room and cabin services.

Pros: Entertainment, Panama Canal, Costa Rica and Cartegena Columbia

Cons: Cabin was supposed to have unobstructed view but had braces on either side and Lido Deck overhang
