Review summary

- Truly enjoyed the cruise. - Can improve if the wireless service is offered for a few "customer's" selected day, rather than the entire trip (very expensive) or nothing. - Can improve is soft drinks, water and coffee are free of charge. Drink packages are expensive for obvious reasons because of the alcohol but hey there is people like us who do not drink alcohol.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was smoothly and well managed but some rules as explained in the documents prior to the trip were not really followed. Example: We were told to wear a mask during the embarkation process and saw no one doing it and no request to do so from the personeel

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was very good and the service was excellent. The variety of desserts was good but the taste between the different types of cakes (bread taste) was not really good since all taste about the same. Also, since there are no microwaves available we needed to ask someone every single time to please warmup our coffee that always got cold after adding the cold cream available.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
All activities were excellent. We enjoyed all the ones we decided to participate in. Evening shows were very well performed and with quality. Good Job by Sue and her team

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Always courteous and polite. You have a great ship crew. Sincere thanks to all of them

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Yes, no complaints about it it. Ship very clean and well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
- Size of the state room was small but OK. - Bathroom and in particular the Shower too small. My wife and I are skinny and feel the size really small. I cannot imagine how people who are a bigger size can handle it inside the shower. - Stateroom keeper was excellent (Edna) is such a great girl and with a wonderful spirit for service.

Ship tip

I will recommend it but warned them about the extra cost for things like non alchoholic drinks such as pop, water or coffee.

Ports of call

Tampa, Florida

5 out of 5
very good!

George Town, Grand Cayman

3 out of 5
It was OK but not impressed. Having to take the boat to the port is not exactly pleasant.

Cartagena, Colombia

4 out of 5
OK but we did not like the so many vendors attacking us to sell their stuff during one of the tours. It is really annoying.

Colon, Panama

We did not like the port. We head out for a short walk and get into a bad neighborhood right away. It is terrible to see how government do not care about their people. They live in such poverty.

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

5 out of 5
We really enjoyed the Port and the tour we took on our own

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Excellent. By far, the best port from all the other ones! No vendors pushing to sell staff and street vendors very polite as well as all vendors in the businesses around in Port Lagartos.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very well organized!
