It was good to get four children and their spouses and children together for this cruise. Everyone enjoyed everyone else and there were no family squabbles! I just wish we could have been closer together during meals.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Pretty good. Porters were ready to take our bags. A little confusion in that we were told to all board together and then they separated us (suite) from the rest who were only balconies.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
We were supposed to get a table for ten and another adjacent for four. The first evening we had a table for 12 (I was never told they even had a table that large) and another for 4 not near the larger table. At the next restaurant, we were seated at two tables for six each and another for 4. Again, not conducive doe a family gathering of 14. Also, the food at all restaurants was not as good as past cruises on Beyond and Edge. We used to get afternoon canapes in our room, not this time. The ice bucket was always filled twice a day, this time never. They used to replenish our mini-fridge every day, this time we practically had to beg to get what we wanted and it was finally delivered on the 4th day. No lines at the bars; people just "bellied up. Bartenders didn't know who to serve next and didn't ask who was next. They just went to the next person they saw without a drink.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Didn't do any activities other than Retreat pool.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Not as good as past cruises. Dancers and their shows were just O.K. Magician spent too much time talking and not enough time performing.
Children's Programs
1 out of 5
All four of our grandkids (ages 3 to 13) enjoyed the kid's club and couldn't wait to go again.
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
Wasn't the same Celebrity service we've experienced.
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
Our room steward was responsible for 17 rooms including two suites twice a day. He did a fantastic job.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was a suite and was well appointed with exceptions noted above.
Confused about your one star rating on children's programs. You say all the children enjoyed, yet you only give one star. Same with comment regarding steward.
Bimini is much a resort beach rather a traditional island I don't know why celebrity choose this island is more Virgin Voyages Vibes, but overall glad enjoy your cruise
I was on the Beyond in April and had a great time. I didn't realize the four different dining rooms had different menu options. To me, I think some of your complaints are petty, cause I don't let little things get in the way of my cruise. Of my over 40 cruises, I've had ice in my cabin, but rarely used it, and I can't see how someone can go through 2 a day. I know my cabin steward didn't have 17 cabins to oversee, so I'm quite sure yours didn't either, but if he did have that many, then you should cut the guy some slack if he has that many passengers needs to be filled. I've never seen a line at the bars, it has always been a "every man for himself" service style. Perhaps if one bar was too busy, just go to another, cause they are all over the ship.
