Our room steward, Bernadeth, was the absolute best. We had a death in the family occur back home during our cruise and she was so sweet, helpful, and compassionate. We never wanted for anything. It was done.

Avoid deck 12….right below ocean view cafe. We knew this when we booked, but another sunset sky suite was not available.
