Amazing cruise!! Shoutout to Augus Adi at Tuscun restaurant .. amazing service! He and Ravi from Eden were the only wait staff to make it a point to call us all by name. This was a treat I remember cruising years ago… this has fallen by the waste side which is okay… but how sweet and made us feel so important!! Best service guys!! All service was great! They put the icing on the cake!!
Do want to report the customer service at the front desk. I received a letter that my cc needed to be updated on account… I called to ask if I could do it online or on the app. She said no! That all customers of the ship had to visit front desk to do so…. I said you’re telling me 100% of everyone on the ship has come to the front desk… she said yes. 🤔… I don’t believe it. After hanging up, within 2 min I found how to update my card info on the app. 🙄She didn’t know .. something basic and simple.

Love the stretch and Zumba classes! My daughter loved the Camp at sea! The Elements show was amazing! Some others were good… better than other ships but still okay. Great performers and technology and stage effects were also amazing!

My daughter asked to comeback every night when we would pick her up! They do an awesome Job!!! Thank you yo all the kiddo staff! Not an easy job I’m sure! They do it with a smile! They remembered my daughters name even after the 1st visit❣️

Make reservations before cruising! Everything is booked before the ship even leaves the 1st port
We were waiting 45 min before doors were opened to disimbark.. we were one of the 1st few in line to leave… one of the captains crew… stopped everyone to allow a few out before all of us who were waiting… just felt like a burn right as you leave… last experience…a burn. Why? Let them out another door down where they were unloading suitcases… just to note leave that bad last impression.
