For being our first Celebrity trip, overall the Beyond is fantastic. There were a few things we liked better on other lines but overall, we will definitely go back on Celebrity again. We were kind of bummed that Captain Kate was on vacation but good for her!

Eden, Le Voyage and Fine Cut were all absolutely fantastic! Food was amazing at all three. Main Dining rooms...not so much. Most of the food I experienced in any of the Main Dining rooms was honestly a bit bland and lacked taste and seasoning.
Onboard Activities

Did get a little bored at times. Would have liked a little broader assortment of things to do during the day.

Savannah Smith was FANTASTIC!! Best I have seen on any ship ever. The Beyond Singers and Dancers were talented but the shows they were in were a bit cheesy, especially in Eden. The show Decadence in Eden was the worst show I have ever seen on a ship! Bar singers were just ok.

Great waiters and bar servers. Room Steward was just ok, did his job. Nothing special.

Very easy to get around and find things. Extremely clean. Beautiful interior design and art collection.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were actually upgraded to a Concierge Class Cabin on Deck 12. Had Infinite Verandah. The Infinite Verandah is a rip. Doesn't make you feel like you are on a balcony at all. Basically just a floor to ceiling window. When you open the window, it turns the a/c in the room off so it's not really useful at all when it's hot and humid out in the Caribbean! Had VERY uncomfortable chairs. Definitely not a place to kick back and lounge! Otherwise, the room was fine, nothing extremely spectacular.
Ship tip
Definitely get a Specialty Dining package. Go to the Wine Tastings, they were great! If Savannah Smith is on, SEE HER!
Took a double decker bus excursion we booked through Celebrity and it was awful. Pre-recorded tour guide that kept repeating the same things over and over. Stopped at 4 spots for about 10 minutes each and spent most of the time in traffic. Saw both sides of the island but we were just not impressed with this port at all.
We love St Thomas. Our excursion was cancelled due to bad weather day. Planned to hang out at Paradise Point for most of the day but couldn't get there as the cable cars were not working because of the weather and the taxi drivers just wouldn't drive us up there. Kind of bummed but tried to make the best of it!
Puerto Plata downtown was awesome. Very small and quint area to explore but worth it to walk into town to see Umbrella Street and the Pink Street! Taino Bay was cool but the service in the restaurants there was dreadful!
