Enjoyed the pools and whirlpools along with the organized pickleball play. While the whirlpools were nice it would have been nice for them to be more like hot tubs (spas).

Cabin attendant provided an outstanding personal touch and dining waitstaff was very good. Depending on the night they seemed to be slightly understaffed.
Excursion cancelled due to weather. The disappointing thing about the excursion cancellation was that we paid for the excursion via a credit card yet the refund came back a a ship board credit with no option to apply to the card.
Did not get to see much of the port as our excursion ran over and we had no time to experience the port. Nice part was that they held the boat for our group since we booked through the boat.
Our excursion was to visit Mayan ruins and a private beach and ended up at a tequilla tasting stop instead and a short shopping trip and were told to only shop in a certain block of shops as the tour guide could vouch for those shops and then a private beach which ended up being a restaurant and beach club. Our transportation was late picking us up and therefore we did not have any time to visit the shops in the port area.
