Review summary
I went on our family annual December cruise on the Celebrity Apex for the first time. The ship provided more than enough entertainment and a dangerous amount of excellent food and services. We went to Key West before heading to the western Caribbean (Belize, Cozumel and Grand Cayman). A fantastic voyage and i eagerly look forward to returning to it all!Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Cosmopolitan Restaurant
This was our official Main Dining Room, and the food was great, and servers were more than happy to recommend drinks to go with the meals that paired very well. I was even able to enjoy fine tawny port wines with dessert
Eden Bar
This is a fun bar with bar staff that are happy and willing to experiment with new drink ideas (or that was my experience!)
Pool Bar
The bar staff were excellent, and i got my "cruise drink" (rum punch) here regularly.
Craft Social Bar
This was my most common haunt on the Alex, and it actually became almost my own version of Cheers!
Le Grande Bistro
I enjoyed a great "show" and meal gere with Le Petit Chef. Will definitely have to try this locale for lunch!
Raw on Five
My favorite specialty location for lunch. I was able to go twice on this cruise and really enjoyed ut!
Fine Cut Steakhouse
This was the sire of a magnificent feast i will have difficulty ever replicating in any way!
