Embarkation

It was a super fast and efficient embarkation! From the time we arrived at the port, we were on the ship in about 5 minutes. Fastest process we’ve ever experienced.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Normandie Restaurant had very inconsistent service. Didn’t like the super restricted dining times for breakfast and lunch (except for Ocean View Cafe). Eden Cafe was horrible, but Eden Restaurant was amazing!

Would be giving this 5 stars if it weren’t for the disgusting eggs that were being served. The food was amazing for a buffet-style restaurant!

This was a pinch-point on the ship. If the bar was busy, forget about trying to walk past it.

Tried out Le Petit Chef in this venue: it was okay. Glad to have experienced it, not going to rush out to try it again. Storyline was non-linear and the food wasn’t that impressive.

The food was poor quality. Lacked ingredients and flavor. Communication with the crew was challenging, too.

We stayed busy throughout the cruise. Found plenty of things to do to keep us busy and entertained.

The Theatre

Wonderful layout for a theater space. Never seen anything like it! They maximized the technology in here which made the shows enjoyable.

Entertainment

Attended the two Silent Disco parties and they were a blast! Also really enjoyed Tree of Life. It was one of the best shows we’ve ever seen on a cruise ship!

The Club

The venue was large and unique. The bartenders were absolutely the worst on the entire ship: no consistency in their pours and couldn’t make a drinkable Rum and Diet!

This cabin was wonderful! Great location and allowed us to actually see the front of the ship! The one complaint we had was about the violent vibrations experienced as the ship was docking in port.
