Overall the cruise was good. A couple of the ports of call were disappointing. Many of the tours did not offer shopping or wandering time. We have mixed feelings regarding the new restaurant designs. We prefer a grand dining room where you can interact with other guests while dining. The staff made every effort to make the cruise very enjoyable, from rooms to waiters to entertainment. Alejandro made the cruise very enjoyable!

Having the 4 rooms to choose from was ok, however, having a grand dining room allowed more interaction with other guests. We missed having a more traditional formal dinner. Buffets were average. We were not impressed with Eden's menu, the steakhouse was excellent though.

Trivia games were good. I was disappointed that Bingo or lottery was not offered.

Shows were good, Phil Tar was very good. Also enjoyed the liars club show.

However there seemed to be a shortage of waiters at some of the venues (pool areas, The Club). Adelio was very attentive to our needs. Jon and Kevin in the Contemporary restaurant were excellent.
Ship Quality

Still prefer the grand dining room and the farewell parade. Also missed the small intimate lounges (piano bar).
Cabin / Stateroom

Bathroom size was nicer than older ships. Adelio kept the room very clean.
Ship tip
Pack casual as there is no enforced dress code for any of the dining rooms. If you don't read the fine print on the days itinerary, you miss what is recommended for the evening attire.
The tour guide spoke very softly and was told multiple times to speak up. Her presentation was very boring and uninformative. We feel we missed the value of Visby.
