For the most part it was wonderful, only one night in the dining room was a terrible experience that I have never had on a Carnival cruise in the past.

Review summary

Again the food and service in the dining room were great except for one night, which was terrible. One of the servers Joey was outstanding. All the other crew members were very friendly and hard working.

I give this rating based on the one night that I describe in the following sentences. On April 11th we had extremely terrible service at the Dining Room. There was no card on the table to tell us who was waiting on us. The food was delivered not in a timely manner, more than 30 minutes between servings. The lobster and Creme Brulee finally came and they were cold, two items that are not good cold. I talked to the hostess about it but never got a response from any crew member.

Our Steward Michael and his assistant were fabulous. The water was either cold or hot and never when you wanted the other one.

The snorkeling and people were also wonderful on this excursion. It was defiantly worth the higher price we paid. They supplied food and drink that were nice due to the long time on the trip.
