Review summary

The quality of service were horrible, food quality went down since last time we cruise. Many amenities on the ship were poorly maintained. The disembarkation process were not organized.

the specialty restaurants were great but the buffets was not so good. The food choice was limited and not tasty.

There were many activities not functional (ex. no ping pong ball). Some were not power on so we couldn't use it.

The performers some were good, some were bad.

My kid enjoyed some of the activities in kid's clubs.

the room stewards were good but the restaurant waiters were rude and not attentive.

for the express disembarkation, it was a mess. The waiting area were crowded and not organized. When disembark, everyone try to rush the exit and people pushing each other. No organization what so ever.
