Review summary

Great cruise with friends. Level of service on Carnival has dropped over the last few years. The staff they have are really wonderful but there are less than there used to be so they can't take as good care of guests as before. Choices have been made to make cruising on Carnival less elegant than it once was. This is certainly a choice to remain as affordable as possible but I do miss the old days a bit.

I think you got your dates off a bit. It started January 14th and ended the 21st. We were also on this sailing. Yes, the ship shows it’s been on the sea for a while. I think the crew was outstanding. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
