Horizon dining room waiters Sadof, Sergio and Yusuf were the absolute best and elevated the cruise experience much higher. Best part of the included amenities.

A little confusing to start but it's a boat, and the cleanliness was fantastic for what I expected

Overall good, but the secondary sleeping options are not that comfortable, the hangers included made tons of noise during ship movement and a charging cable went missing from the room at one point
Ship tip
Cruise director Louis is fantastic and personable, but features heavily interactive events and activities, like constant line dances over free dancing. Good if you like to meet people, not as much if cruising alone.
The port is nice, and so is the beach nearby. There is not a clear official service that brings you to the beach though, only locals. This is all well and good until they try to upcharge, swindle for more tips or try to coerce you onto the wrong return bus.
Much easier than I thought, though a bit hectic. Lots of standing in stairways with luggage and difficulty getting elevator access for older folks in the group.
