Some bad but mostly good experiences. Would do again.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
Getting in the shop was a smooth experience but once onboard it was confusing to try to find our muster station and we didn’t realize that we could not enter our staterooms until later so we were stuck watching our luggage until then. Choosing to tag luggage gets you to the fun earlier but you won’t see your luggage again until much later in the evening.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The restaurant staff are excellent. Shout out to Yasa and Sam in the Reflections dining room for making our family’s experience the best possible. Food and service was very good.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Ship activities were numerous and fun. The fitness center could be open later though.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We watched a Cuban dance show, a comedy show, a very talent Pianist at the Piano Bar. All very good.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
While I don’t have kids myself, my brother and his wife often left kids at the Camp Ocean daycare and they reported have lots of stimulating fun.
Service and Staff

Again, Yasa and Sam at the dining room each evening were really awesome. Our housekeeper Ryan was also excellent, always making sure we had everything we needed.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship was generally pretty clean. I’d sometimes see a mess made by a guest when walking by but on the way back a few minutes later it would be gone! The ship’s elevator system seems inefficient though. Take the stairs if you are able to! It will save you time.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Our stateroom was nice, all things considered, but it seems like they don’t really do any regular deep cleaning. Check out how much dust has gathered behind the TV. There’s only a few hours between guests on the next cruise so not a lot of time to be thorough. We opted for the large aft corner balcony which was nice but didn’t really use it as much as we thought we would.
We got lost looking for a taxi or shuttle. We walked out of the port area to try to find a ride but wasted about 30 minutes before we came back and then finally found a taxi bus person.
Something happened where our ships debarkation was delays few hours - not counting the fog delay - it took a long time between when we were required to leave our room to when they called us up to exit the ship. We were standing around with our light for at least 2 hours.
Ok, I'm confused. You just left today, so how could you experience all those things already. Unless you have the wrong date, in order for you to leave the ship today you had to sail on December 3rd. Unless I missed something, I have been drinking a little. Just one shot, you also don't have any cruises listed in your profile, I'm on the Vista in 6 days December 17th and I can't wait 😀.
