The food was good, the service was very slow. Formal night we waited 30 minutes for entree's and main meals and some food was cold.

Pools were good but unlike some of the other Carnival ships (I have sailed on 6 different ones to date) they don't have the adults only so dealing with the kids in the pool was at times a problem
Entertainment

Great band for sure (Vista Rockband) they were just awesome and we went to their nights on all occassions. The One night only show was great and then the combined show with the rockband and the entertainment staff was just amazing. It was a great show. The DJ was a lot of fun for sure.

Waiters were very slow and some not particularly pleasant to interact with. Our room steward Imam was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and he attended to our room and our needs always. He was just awesome. Service Desk staff were really great as was the shore excursion desk staff. The fun squad were really great and our Cruise Director Savannah was AMAZING she is just wow and we had a great time interacting with her at events we attended.
Ship Quality

The Vista is not my favorite for layout as it tends to be very confusing finding some of the rooms we had to go to. You tend to spend a lot of time walking constantly from place to place. Just not one of my favorite ships. This was my second cruise on the Vista. Decor is great and it was always clean which is really good.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size was a little crowded but it was always extremely clean and serviced my Imam. The room felt fresh and clean but with 4 in the cabin it was a little crowded. I have had bigger rooms.
Ship tip
Just be prepared to do a lot of walking to get from activities at times.
Its a nice port and love the shopping area. Very clean and maintained. People are pleasant and our excursion on The Jolly Roger Catamaran was an excellent time. We had a blast.
Second time visiting Belize and its just okay. People are not particularly friendly and when our excursion was cancelled due to flooding we went ashore and went with a tour place supposedly for a 4 hour beach time. It wasn't a beach it was a man made salt water sandy pool. There were no staff to be seen anywhere and our tour guide Teri (female) was extremely rude and not very pleasant and we were told that we would be at the beach within 30 minutes. An hour and a half later we were finally on our way via the City Tour as they had put that tour on the same bus. It was no a pleasant time and will not be looking to visit Belize in the near future.
Just love Cozumel, (10th visit there from 12 cruises). The people are pleasant and friendly and the port is always clean and the food is awesome. We had a wonderful time on our excursion with our group and our tour guide Lazer was just awesome. Will always enjoy my time in Cozumel
It was slow. Being a Platinum member we were told to be in the dining area by a certain time where we sat for approx 1.5 hours and waited to disembark. It was very disorganized.
