Nice, peaceful, and well needed. Very few issues, but wish the ship wasn't so full...lol...

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Did have one issue in the main dining room. We were seated at a table that put us in a blind spot from our stewardess, which made use fill like we where out of sight out of mind. I say that because once we where seated our stewardess filled our water glasses, coffee cups and took our order we didn't see him again for about 15 to 20 minutes. There where other individuals seated nears us who's stewardess was routinely checking on them, but no one came to our table to check with us. I don't believe our steward was intentionally neglecting us, but where we were seated and where his station was put us out of his sight, which gave us the filling of being "out of sight out of mind".

Ship tip

Enjoy yourself, there will be some hiccups, but like in life there will always some hiccups.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

I've sailed from out of Galveston several times, also I've sailed from several other ports and Galveston seems to be the only one you spend a lot of time setting around waiting to board the ship.

Appreciate your feedback. Hate those spots in the dining room. Glad you enjoyed your in spite of it.

Those who have cruised since the restart will have a tough time adjusting to the 75 to 100 percent capacity change. It was nice to cruise with 50 percent full, but we wanted cruising to be like previous before Covid-19. So our wishes are coming true, long lines and full ship's. Cruising is back for now, so pack your patients along with your beach clothing. You will need both, one more than the other.
