Rough start because the boat was late. Once onboard, had a very nice vacation. Will do it again. Terrible disembarkation for so called "priority" passengers.

The boat was late coming in, so it took hours of waiting before we were able to board. We were crowded in a large room with no beverages or amenities. That was not a good beginning. Secondly, there was not clear direction where to drop off luggage. It could have been better organized.

Main dining room food and service was excellent. Breakfast/brunch in the Horizons dining room was always good as well. The buffet is always too crowded, so we enjoy the dining room. I was disappointed in the cakes this time. I love a good cake. The ones available were pretty to look at but rather tasteless.
Onboard Activities

We participated in some of the trivia games. We attended the art auction and karaoke. Only complaint is that some of the MC's were difficult to understand because of their strong language accents. Pools too crowded. **Please consider changing the aft pool to adult only since it's smaller and adults like somewhere to enjoy sitting around the pool or swimming without constantly being splashed by kids. The main center pool should be designated for families.
Entertainment

We really enjoyed the rock band. Attended a show with singers doing movie songs. Some singers were good, others not so much.
Service and Staff

Our main dining room team server Prativa was exceptional. She had my drink order ready when I arrived, and had crayons and coloring book menus ready for my two granddaughters. She paid special attention to the girls. She was wonderful! We did the brunch on day 5. The server was not very good- she got orders wrong, didn't bring drinks without having to be reminded, was abrupt with one of our party. It was as though she was either new or having a bad day.

It could always have been a little bigger. Henry our steward kept it clean/vacuumed. Wish there were a few more hooks.
It was a mess. We had priority disembarkation, however, with checked bags, we got stuck behind a long line of people taking off their luggage. Priority should be priority...we paid for it.
I believe the aft pool is the Havana section and kids under twelve who are not in the Havana staterooms can’t be there as well as anyone without a wrist band.
