Review summary

No thanks!! I think we are going to take a break from carnival for awhile!

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Embarkation is a complete joke at Galveston! We had 10 am check in and people with noon to 2:30pm chevk in we're let in before us! Never again! It's a joke

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The food was absolutely sub par this trip! You can tell the management has changed since January. Just nothing real good on this cruise......

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We mostly stayed in the Havana area because of the gangs of kids causing so much trouble on the ship

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our room steward Puspa was wonderful!! But the service in Havana was more than lacking! We pay a lot to be in this area. Rarely any wait service and bartenders were always inside..... we have our own bar for a reason!

Ship Quality

3 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Maintenance all week on our cabana decks so really couldn't use them

Ship tip

Never sailing over spring break! Kids these days have no respect! All they did was destroy that ship all week!

Kids today are spoiled rotten and lazy.

Ya booked during spring break? Cmon it's around the same time every year. Do better.

Same as jenn2831, got off when y'all got on. Probably one of the fastest embarkation and debarkation we've had yet. Been on Carnival once or twice food was pretty much the same, no complaints. Service was outstanding, those people work their butt's off. I agree, the kids can be overwhelming, but any cruise booked during Spring Break is going to have a lot of them, not surprising. Sorry didn't go as planned. Virgin Cruise Lines doesn't allow children.

Yes, maybe you should try another cruise line.

We got iff the day you got on and thought it was the best embarkation and debarkation we have ever had. Love Galveston. Spring break is definitely not the tome to travel if you do not wish to be around children

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise. Hope your next one will be the best cruise you’ve ever been on.

Most seasoned travelers know not to cruise during Spring Break.
